We are a family owned and run housebuilder focused on creating bespoke, high-quality homes, with every site being different. Our ethos is to build new homes suited to the needs of local families. We are not a large housebuilder with fixed house types, and instead focus on select smaller high spec developments and heritage conversions.

As we and our family live in the surrounding villages of Olveston, We are clear on the need to ensure that our development at Church Farm respects the unique character of the village.

We are working closely with appointed architects Emmett Russell, based locally in Bristol and with considerable experience of bespoke projects in villages in South Gloucestershire, to develop a design that blends traditional cues with high-quality finishes.
